Yagamuna
Goblins from the abyssal depths far below the surface worlds. Called the ‘Yagamuna’, they have lived for so many generations in the 'Great Deep', the absence of any light has made their eyes de-evolve making them blind. They use sonar, like bats, to find their way around in the darkness of the abyss.
Intrepid adventuring groups exploring in the distant depths for ancient artifacts have returned with tales of ambush by these strange creatures. Survivors have returned with equipment they have collected from dead Yagamuna killed in these frightening encounters. The unusual designs and sophisticated workmanship indicate they are more than just a primitive tribe.
Legends of the Yagamuna tell of how they terrorise the surface lands riding great insects they have tamed. Giant wasps, scorpions and other fell beasts are used to strike fear into the hearts of the hapless victims of the Yagamuna raiders.
